At Radiant Rani, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size expectations, or personal preference. All sales are final once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/Instagram] with:

Clear photos/video of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit for genuinely damaged, defective, or wrong items. We do not offer cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and all jewelry items cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases covered under "Damaged or Defective Items" above.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
